We are looking for Sales Coordinators to support our sales operations and account management activities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, technical teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with proposal preparation, RFP responses, and documentation

  • Coordinate with technical and solution teams to gather required inputs

  • Track sales opportunities, pipelines, and follow-ups

  • Schedule meetings, demos, and internal coordination sessions

  • Maintain organized sales records and reports

  • Assist in lead generation, cold calling, and initial client outreach

  • Ensure timely communication between internal teams and clients

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Background in IT, ERP, or Oracle-related environments is a plus

  • Previous experience in sales support or coordination is preferred
