We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant around 3+ years of hands-on experience to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Two End-to-End Implementations

  • Strong experience Oracle Fusion HCM modules is a must (Core HR, Absence, Payroll (

  • Knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM modules is plus (Talent Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, Succession Management, Career Development, Help Desk, and Talent Review).

  • Document of Record and Approval

  • Bulk Uploading data using HDL's and Spreadsheets

  • Good knowledge of HCM security roles, business objects, and workflows.

  • Experience in functional setups, configuration, and testing cycles.

  • Support implementation and post-production activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules 

  • Analyze the issues and provide an appropriate solution

  • Assist the team proactively in various aspects of the project phases

  • Participate in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and issue resolution.

  • Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and support guides.

  • Coordinate with technical teams for data migration, integration, and reporting
